Preserving human intelligence, so no one starts from zero.
The instincts, relationships and hard-won judgment that run a company are its most valuable asset and its most fragile one. We capture them, structure them, and make sure they carry forward.
To preserve human intelligence, so future generations can build on top of it.
To capture the wisdom that makes an organization successful.
What we believe
Small and mid-sized businesses hold their communities together. The jobs, the livelihoods, the local institutions that make a place work all sit on top of companies most people outside them never think about.
A generation of owners built those companies over thirty and forty years, and is handing them over now — to their children, to their employees, to buyers. What decides whether a business comes through that handover is rarely the balance sheet. It is whether the wisdom that ran the place was ever captured.
And no owner built it alone. The salesperson who knows what each customer actually needs, the operator who keeps everything running, the team whose shared know-how is the real engine. That wisdom belongs both to the people who built it and to the company they built it in, and it deserves to be treated as the asset it is.
One question, asked for a long time.
Nariman Emadzadeh has spent his life on a single question: how can I serve humanity? It sent him first into the study of human intelligence. He studied biology and neuroscience, then worked in research at the Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University — in pharmacology and toxicology, and in surgical oncology — before going on to computational neuroscience and cognitive robotics at the University of Birmingham in England.
The more he studied how people think, remember and heal, the clearer the answer became: the deepest way to serve people is to protect what they know.
The same instinct pulled him into financial services. Banks sit at the center of their communities, and he joined Fifth Third Bank to lead its AI initiatives — conversational AI, document understanding, and robotic process automation. It was work that had to clear a regulated institution's bar for security, scale and trust.
Neuro Innovation® is where it comes together: science, engineering, and a human purpose. The work has his full focus, and it's personal.
