Privacy policy

Who we are
Neuro Innovation LLC ("Neuro Innovation", "we", "us") is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. We are the controller of the personal information described here. You can reach us at hello@neuroinnovation.ai or our contact form.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into a form on this site. Depending on the form, that is:
- your name and work email address
- your company name, and your phone number if you choose to give it
- your role, company size, and the timeline you are working to
- anything you write in a free-text field
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information through this site.
Where your form submission goes
When you submit a form, your details are sent from your browser directly to HubSpot, the customer relationship management platform we use to keep track of conversations. HubSpot stores that information on our behalf in the United States, under contract, and does not use it for its own purposes. We say so plainly because it matters: the details reach a system we control, but that system is run by a third party, not a machine in our office.
Analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and does not build a profile of you across sites. We cannot identify you from it.
Everything else that touches this site
- Vercel hosts the site. Their servers process your IP address in order to deliver pages to you, and keep short-lived operational logs.
- Nothing else. We serve our own fonts and load no third-party scripts, so no company beyond the two named on this page learns anything about your visit.
Why we use your information, and on what basis
We use it for exactly one thing: to reply to you, and to manage the waitlist. Where the UK or EU GDPR applies, our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our product, and your consent where consent is required. We do not use your details for automated decision-making.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done so.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and waitlist records for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick things up if you come back to us. Ask us to delete your record and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your data protection regulator. Ask at hello@neuroinnovation.ai or our contact form and we will action it. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
International transfers
We are a US company and our providers process data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, your information will be transferred there.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and move the effective date above. Material changes will be called out here.
